This Criollo Cacao is cultivated by the Asháninka Tribes in the heart of the Amazonian rainforest in Satipo, Peru.
The cacao farmers organically and lovingly produce this incredible blend of heart opening cacao; honouring tradition and Nature in the process.
The Criollo beans are rare; offering a rich, fruity flavour which boast high levels of Theobromine whilst providing amazing health benefits.

Autumn collaboration
Andrea and I are delighted to offer you a half day retreat; filled with peace, bliss and support in the gorgeous venue of St George’s Church.
Inspired by arrival of Autumn, we will look to nature as it starts to change and release; to be inspired to let go of anything which no longer serves us and create space for manifestation and newness.
There will be a 90 minute level 1 Anusara yoga flow, using Kali as our inspiration, followed by opportunities to connect, a chakra crystal workshop, a serenity of sound bath & abundance - in community, healing vibes, treats & relaxation.
The day will help you to realise your own innate power; helping you to awaken to all the change and release that this season brings.
