I am a Surrey based Mum who uses holistic tools to help people. I specialise in working closely with women who are feeling tired, anxious and overwhelmed around lifestyle changes, work, and at all stages of motherhood, to feel more calm, confident and in control so that they are able to embrace these new experiences with greater ease, curiosity and positivity.
I love to love and share my gifts with the world to help facilitate healing and share insight. I am passionate about Mother Nature and see clearly the Divine energies in all living creatures; supporting those around me to connect with their higher self and spread love and light throughout this wonderful World.
